Working with children is life changing work. We take our responsibilities seriously at CASC and understand that the time we spend with your children is important.
We appreciate that it is our responsibility to inspire them and help develop them to thrive not just as children but also as young adults when they may be leaving our services. Good communication, creativity, resilience and an understanding of how children and young people think and feel will help you succeed.
Many of our team have formal childcare qualifications whilst others are actively working towards them. Our team love caring for your children and some of our practitioners have been with us for years now.
When we recruit team members we do our very best to make sure they are the right “fit” for our service and also that they ailing with our service ethos, qualification requirements and government safety checks. Your child’s safety is our priority. We use Disclosure Scotland to help us make informed decisions when recruiting team members. All our team are vetted and checked before commencing employment.
We are committed to the continuous professional development of our team with many already having achieved or working towards formal qualifications.
